  Item got lost in the USPS mail. Seller called post office and we waited for 48 hrs. as instructed and they never found the package. Seller promptly refunded my money. Would definitely work with this seller again - very responsive.

  Stated item was new in box. That was not accurate. The shoes came loosely in a box…but not a shoe box. Nothing showing new…no tags, labels, stickers on the sole. They don’t look like they were worn, but not what I was expecting.

  The figurine was packaged well. It arrived quickly. It was just as described. I had broken the one that I had and was so very glad to be able to replace it. It was a bargain for its value to me. I am very happy with it.
