  Accidentally shipped the wrong item - I got a clear screen protector instead of a privacy tinted one, but after sending a message the seller was quick to respond and offered a replacement or refund. Might not have gotten the product I wanted but they were very easy to deal with and I would buy from them again for this reason alone!

  The first one sent was cracked upon arrival. However, after contacting the seller about it, they kindly responded quickly and offered me a new one or a refund, I accepted the option of a new screen protector and it was sent quickly and in perfect condition this time.🙂
