However, at that time, we informed you that we were on vacation and unable to ship the item by the requested deadline. Since we couldn’t meet the deadline, we decided not to send the item, and a full refund has been issued to you.

    Seller did a great job getting the part out to me. I didn't realize that it was another country. It STILL beat some other parts that I bought at the same time from a domestic brand store. Unfortunately, the part had the wrong plug on it and I was unable to use it. The return was accepted and I shipped it back. Overall still a decent experience. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller. The part was a little dirty, but I'm pretty sure it was still new.
