  My item was never shipped to me. I requested a refund to my method of payment being Venmo. I received an eBay notification a full refund would be sent out within 3-5 business days. It has been well beyond 3-5 days, I have not seen a full refund in my Venmo account. Could you please send refund today. Thank you kindly!

  Full refund sent on August 5th, completed and return case closed by eBay. It went back to your original payment. If it was not Venmo, you won't see money there. Please call eBay for assistant, they will help you locate your refund. Thank you.
