    Never received the item due to an issue at customs but communicated with me the entire time and constantly updated me on the situation. Once we saw the items were being returned they refunded my money right away. Hope to deal with you again!

    I ordered a 2024 T1 keycap - the seller immediately responded, and sent pictures per my request. I was going to buy this item from a different buyer since the price was a little lower but Rora was fast and even added a bonus gift in the my order~!
