  Very good seller, excellent communication very helpful. They had the item I was looking for, and matched the price from another retailer. Shipped very quickly. Thanks again! the glass lens was sent in a large envelope with no additional padding or protection. if it had been damaged I couldn't replace it, but it arrived undamaged so it was no problem. if you order something fragile maybe request specific packaging needs in advance.

  The Seller did not have the lighting kit. They cancelled my order and refunded my money. The excuse given was that they sell on multiple platforms and they must have sold it on another platform. I would say use a good inventory system and to not waste a buyers time. Very unprofessional Seller. Beware

  I ordered an ltm pepper 850 watt (item description)or possibly a 650 watt from the blurry picture . I was sent a damaged 420 watt ltm light instead . Still waiting for a response back and a refund .
