  SERVICE - very fast. An hour after the order, the package was at the post office and an hour later I received the tracking code. PACKAGING - extremely good. This one would survive a nuclear attack, and the way delivery people handle packages is very desirable. QUALITY - at this price you won't find better. I'm not saying it's equal to OLED, but the picture is sharp, the resolution is adequate and the dimensions are appropriate. I am very satisfied

  I am extremely happy with my purchase. I needed a solution to replace my laptop's screen eavily damaged and I found the right company to answer to all my questions in the most simple and professionnal way.   Extremely well packaged, arrived quickly, and the product in question also is in a great condition with no blemishes. While I received a fully functional/compatible part, the part was of a different part number than I had initially ordered. I would recommend contacting the seller before purchasing to make sure they have the exact part with a matching part number in stock. I would definitely shop with them again, their customer service proved their inherent qualities/values they withhold. :)

  Brilliant seller. Excellent communications. Item arrived quickly but did now work correctly, Seller responded very quickly to try and resolve the issue. Concluded that it it was incompatible as it was for an HP Power Supply and not Dell as was my case. Refunded immediately and didn't want to put me through the trouble of returning it. Left it as "dispose if no longer wanted". This is how a good seller should be and I am very happy in how the entire matter was dealt with. Thank You !
