    Several (4) of large lot (10) GPUs arrived DOA or damaged (e.g., surface mount PC sheared off) in transit. Shared photos and bench test results with seller, who after review, concurred. There was no replacement GPUs readily available in stock so seller issued partial refund. Excellent communications and very responsive. Reasonable business practice of verifying item damage. Would buy from again!

    This seller has gone above and beyond as far as I am concerned. They answered questions after hours on a holiday weekend, sent messages about shipping details, and even got this GPU shipped out much sooner than expected. This seller has earned a repeat customer. Would definitely recommend them!
