    Item as described in OEM packaging. Shipping was majorly delayed due to a USPS error: Tracking updates froze for days and thought the item was lost in the mail. I reached out to seller with my concern. Received no reply or help of any kind, almost opened an investigation. Kept checking the tracking myself and found out item went to Puerto Rico for some reason and returned back on track. Did take 14 days to arrive. Not the sellers fault, things happen. Seller needs to improve on communicating.

    Great transaction - the OEM select parts team responded quickly to a question of mine, verified part fit with my vehicle, and then shipped the item out later that day. The part arrived 4 days later, and was exactly as described. It installed exactly as it should, and now my car works exactly how it should. What else can you ask for?
