  Product just as described by the seller, very affordable for the high quality of miHoyo products. They are completely original. Of course, the items are new and very, very nice for any space. The seller is always in contact with you, very friendly and attentive to resolve any questions you may have about the package. The shipment was very well protected and extremely fast.   The seller really went the extra mile with my order. They communicated well, sent photos of items if there were potential questions, and even gave me a gift with order. It's always a pleasure to shop from this seller's store. They sent this stamp in a separate container to ensure it'd arrive safely! Which it did!   I ordered the concert Aventurine standee and it came perfectly packaged, just as pictured, and arrived quickly as well. The cost of shipping went down after I placed the order, and the seller was very quick to respond to my message about it and kindly refunded the difference to me! Wonderful communication and definitely a go to for hoyo products!

  I was expecting it to arrive at least at the end of the month, but I was positively surprised to have it arrive earlier than anticipated. For my current region, the shipping fee is just right as it is almost like the public transportation fee going to the city. It did have some minor scratches imo, but it came in its original package. It's also snug inside a protective bubble wrap and I appreciate that. I am looking forward to purchasing again in the future as the seller is also very responsive.

  Seller was super communicative throughout the entire process. Merch was brand new and wrapped perfectly, was so pleased to receive the Aventurine origami bird! Will be purchasing from this seller again in the future. Quality was impeccable and it is in perfect shape and is SO CUTE! Price was fair and cant wait to buy again.
