  Easy to communicate with seller. The price and shipping cost were reasonable for this difficult to find part. The item arrived appearing as described and photo’d. It was packed in an amply sized box with some bubble wrap. However, a 0.5”x1.5” corner of the mounting flange did break off during shipping. Perhaps this could have been prevented with better packaging, but these parts are notoriously fragile, and the break was easily repaired.

  Without a doubt this company is top tier! They worked with me on the price and shipped out the part extremely fast! Came in a couple days! The packaging was great! The description was very detailed noting some small scratches that I could barely see in person! The best part was after the sale I asked about a bracket needed for install, it was immediately sourced from the truck and shipped out without hesitation! This is the best company to buy from!   Item as described and at a good price. Fast shipping. Excellent packaging with rear axle crated and wrapped. Good communication. I opened and inspected, light rust from condensation, but in pristine condition, replaced seals, painted and installed. My Tahoe drives like a new vehicle. Excellent value with calipers and trailing arms as well. I am very satisfied with the purchase and recommend this seller to others. Thank you for an easy, pleasant transaction. Excellent ebay seller.   Fast shipping, I messaged the seller they replied in under 5 min; Incredible value compared to buying new. I had such a pleasant experience compared to the used parts dealer in town, I will be doing all my Toyota Parts Shopping from this vendor. OEM replacement, packaging was great, UPS shipping, as described and there was a picture of the product. My freaking wipers work again, I'm so happy.

  I received the steering column in a professionally packaged box, unfortunately it had dirty bearings that made a grinding noise and the shifter did not fit my truck. The seller provided the option of sending another unit or providing a full refund and I opted for the refund. The seller immediately provided a full refund and surprisingly did not require the item to be returned. The seller is a very accommodating and any buyers should be comfortable buying used parts from this honest seller!
