  New pen in box, which was great. Unfortunately since the pen sat around for an extended period without the battery being charged, when I received it I could not get the pen to come on or the battery to charge. Lucky for me this was a replacement pen, and I was able to dissemble my old pen and remove the battery and replace the new pen’s battery. Nothing you could have done without knowing that these pens can’t sit around without the battery being charged.
