  The part was broken, the seller did not personally manage the shipment of the package, it was someone from his team. Very good communication and professional speed, he directly refunded the broken part, without requesting a return.   Got item today as described, seller shipped on time and well packaged 👍👍👍but usps took almost 2 weeks to ship it from Penn to Indy (wow our postal service)

  Seller sent me a radio without Anti theft code and wasn't able to send me one after contacting him. Also radio had a nasty scratch on the screen that haven't been mentioned. When I sent the radio back with the exact same condition even with tags untouched they refunded only 50% of what I paid, and stole 25$ without reason. Stay away from that shady business that operates from a private house when you Google the address

  I sent VIN with instructions on how to get the radio unlock code. I sent radio just as it was pictured so not sure how that is on me that you didn't check the condition with all the pics I took. Radio was returned with a completely broken screen so eBay instructed me to refund less then full. 268 N. Berks Street Boyertown PA 19512 is our address and you can google and see our warehouse so not sure why you are calling that a private house.

  Received really quickly. Packaged very well and looks as described. Great price. Will update if anything changes after installation but I foresee no issues. Mounting brackets are intact and the metal clips are there! Would buy from again!
