    The seller was very apologetic that they did not have these plates in stock after all. I was offered other choices, but they weren’t exactly what I wanted. I requested to cancel the order, which was done immediately, and a refund was made the same day. Even though I didn’t get the items I ordered, I was very pleased with the seller communication and the efforts to make things right. I ended up ordering something else from the company at a later date.

    The balloon clips are exactly what I wanted. The package was sealed and in good condition. It was a good price for 144 clips. The only problem was that it was delivered to the wrong mailbox. Not your fault!!!. I recommend your store. Thank you.
