Then he said he would throw in an additional card when I told him I was going to refund for not shipping. I received my order over 2 weeks later without the additional card he said he would send. I can’t even return the item and get a refund because I’m housebound due to a recent surgery. He then told me I was crazy for actually believing he would give me the additional card and lied about its value. Rude, unprofessional, and straight up disrespectful.
