    Shipping time was very delayed not because of the seller but due to an error on my end, and the support staff was amazing and helpful and ended up fixing the issue for me and fixed my lost package which just had shipping details issue, strongly recommend this shop great communication and very friendly and item arrived as described :)

    Prompt shipping and item exactly as listed. The shipping method used used by the seller (one of USPS' bulk packages pickup services I suspect) left the package sitting in the first USPS processing location in southern California for a week before USPS "accepted" the package and started moving the package through their shipping system. Not a critical delay for me but it could have been and might be for others. However, as the seller reminded me, the package was delivered by the day promised.

    Seller did everything right! Postal service lost this item. I waited several days in hopes that it would be found and delivered, but no such luck this time.🤷‍♂️. As soon as I contacted the seller, an immediate refund was issued, with GREAT communication. I WILL use this seller again. Thank you for your part in this transaction.

    Item got lost early in the shipping process. Seller was super responsive. I gave up after 2 weeks and a refund was issued immediately. Awesome seller, not a great shipping experience. I hope it makes it back into their inventory. Not the seller's fault. Do not let this scare you away, this seller is awesome. Thank you! Two thumbs up.

    This truly is a first rate seller. The item that I ordered, a shoulder rest, did not appear to be moving through the USPS postal system, but the seller promptly contacted USPS and the issue was very quickly resolved, and I have now received my shoulder rest. It is in excellent condition, good value and of high quality. Thank you!
