  Im a frequent buyer from ebay ....This is probably 1 of the best sellers i have dealt with!. Communication was the highest standards. Postage was excellent.. description of item perfect....dealt with concerns like pro. Very helpful..   Easy ebay. Seller dispatched item quickly. Delivery was slow due to evri (it arrived days later than the initial expected del date) but it did arrive safely & undamaged. Item was well packed. It went together easily & is good quality. Item as described, ie realistic example of a faux Areca palm. Kind seller sent through an offer while I was considering making a purchase, making it good value. Very happy as this palm is perfect for the low light spot it was chosen for. Many thanks.

  A huge box arrived very quickly (2 days) and was both securely taped and labelled as fragile... The box had plenty of recyclable cardboard inside to protect the purple storage bags. The whole ensemble of packaging is honestly superb. The bowls nest very snuggly and securely. Great service from this company and an amazing set of white bowls for an even more amazing price. 🙏🏻

  Excellent seller, posted on time and well packed. Very thoughtful to as they sent it royal mail and not the useless Evri after I asked the seller what carrier they use and said please let me know if it's Evri as they can't get out of the van and walk the 40 seconds down the lane to our door. They responded with "I will send it royal mail then. Very kind, thank you.

  Arrived faster than I thought, much needed in the last heatwave! Appeared to be in its original packaging and well protected against bumps. Was as described, very slight scratching on the lid but hardly noticeable and most importantly the unit works for cooling purposes! Good value and all functions work as they should, very happy, would recommend this seller.
