  I needed to this seller to activate the SIM card I purchased from him. He has been ignoring my request of activation and will not complete this business with him. This can be recognized as a fraud since this is not as described. I sent him activation requests several times on time but he kept ignoring my requests. I was trying to continue with this very rude offensive and irresponsible individual to bills low. I will not put up with his fraud like business anymore. I need a full refund.
