  This pump was in good shape as shown in the pictures, and the seller and ensured it would stay that way through shipping, by packaging it VERY well (2 layers of bubble wrap and packing around that) in a strong box. I rated shipping costs at a 4/5 because ALL shipping is ridiculously expensive nowadays, BUT THATS NOT THE SELLER FAULT. I will buy from this seller again.

  The only reason I post Positive feedback because of Liz who is an excellent Customer Support she was able to solve the problem and to issue me a full refund including shipping. 1) Item was not as described . 2) shipping cost was way overpriced. 3)seller does not answer most of the messages . 4) item was not shipped on time . 5) this problem took over a month from the purchase date until I received the refund.

  Came with power cord, Packed super well shipped very fast I was actually surprised by that. Definitely came as pictured. Great price for a totally fictional unit to use for training. Very happy with this purchase. Only wish I could find an external battery cord so I could demonstrate how to hook that up. I did think the shipping cost was oddly high and some of the other things I was looking at from this seller was crazy money for shipping. Almost $1K on some items to ship.

  I received the item in great packaging. The seller was very prompt in answering all of my questions. The item was as described and was a good value for the price. Unfortunately the item did not fit my needs and the seller graciously refunded my purchase price and shipping. I will 100% consider this seller again for future purchases.

  This hard to ship, delicate item, was shipped right away. It was so extremely well packaged that any possible shipping damage was countered by the sellers forethought and care in packaging. This item was exactly as described in word and photo, there was no attempt to mislead in any way. This was a great buy for me, I would most hardly recommend this seller, as I know I will also look to do future business with him. Please note that my feedback was delayed due to illness. GREAT JOB SELLER !!!!
