The vendor was aware of this. I will be gone for two weeks. I told vendor that I would return the item if it didn't arrive by 9/20. Vendor understood this but said item would be delivered by 9/20. I don't know the time frame for Returns is ordinarily but I should be allowed to return this item after 14 days.
