  When I saw the flimsy, inadequate packaging used to ship this electronic device, I figured it would be damaged when I opened it. It should have been boxed and cushioned with thick bubble wrap to protect it. USPS is not gentle with packages. They are tossed and jumbled together. That said, I’m really disappointed the device has a flaw in the screen. It works, but the pictures and details provided did not show a flaw. Was this caused during shipping…?
