  Great price,shipped fairly quickly,packaged really well,in new condition in the original box w/perfect shipping materials and even though there was an issue(which Im positive the seller wasn't aware of)I contacted them and they immediately made it right with me with zero pushback which was a nice surprise these days. Ill definitely buy from this seller again and would absolutely recommend them to others. They seem very trust worthy

  Brand new Drive Medical Nitro Sprint Rollator arrived quickly and packaged in original box. Pictures and descriptions accurately reflect the item received. The price was fantastic and the seller worked with us when we sent in an offer. The rollator is a beautiful shade of blue which is moms favorite color. The quality is fantastic. The larger wheels help these types of rollators move smoothly and provide great stability. Super happy with our purchase and highly recommend this seller :-)

  My package just arrived and I was super nervous due to the box picture on the listing, but I opened the box and they were in brand new condition, with no flaws! I am so happy with my purchase since other items were double the price! 100% would order again!

  The item sold and listed as new but upon arrival it was not.. we immediately contacting the seller they worked out an agreement with me for a refund/return or a reduction in the price for me to keep. I decided to keep the item with the agreement that we hope it will work as it is supposed to because we need it this week. Communication was good.

  Great value . Packaging was ripped a little and one of the corner locking brackets were broken but fortunately I didn’t need all 6 . Decent shipping time and apart from the breakage everything fits the description. Slides work perfectly .

  Good seller, I appreciate the very fast shipping. It got here a day early even. Well done usps. The seller didn't have the top packaging cardboard in the container and the unit got jostled around a bit during shipping breaking off part of the back of the corner of the lid. If they had added a little padding it would have been perfect. Unit works well so far so good thanks.
