  The item is fine, I have no problem with it as it does what it's supposed to do. My problem is with the updates, I was getting knock, knock messages from Sunday evening and yet the item wasn't dispatched until Tuesday - surely these should only be posted when the item is close to delivery.

  Exactly as ordered and probably the best Hard disk for my needs ,I normally use WD drives in pc's I build they are very reliable .This one is very good value for the type of drive this is .I wish I had known it would be shipped from china before ordering though (sending hard disks through the mail is always risky ) it took nearly two weeks to arrive but did and in perfect condition ,It was packed really well inside an actual hard disk postal box with plenty of padding Perfect - Thank you
