  Arrived today 8/30/25. Button is in perfect condition and made of high quality material. Appearance of the button is pristine - new like in description. However, the card this item came with arrived with a bad crease that ruins it entirely, so future packaging should be a bit tougher. Overall am satisfied with my purchase. Thank you.

  I have been in close contact with the seller to correct an item I purchased. It was the wrong colour and the smell was strong. They offered to send a new one out and recommended to leave the product in the air for a few days to improve the smell. The new product has yet to arrive, but they let me see the completed piece before shipping to make sure I was happy. The original product has been left in the air and the smell has improved. Not completely gone, but much better. Great Customer service.

  I was actually quite surprised at the quality of this necklace. It was much nicer than I anticipated, it was exactly like the picture! The shipping and delivery process were both smooth sailing and this seller (I'm a repeat buyer) always packages things super securely so everything arrives safely and with no damage.

  Exactly as described! The photo cards, buttons and keychain were all high quality images, in good condition, and were packaged well. The seller shipped the item very quickly to me. Overall good value for what I paid.
