  The first lens hood I received was not the JJC brand I ordered it was a generic no brand name one in a plastic bag, I contacted the seller they said they had the correct lens hood I ordered they corrected the situation and shipped the correct one with fast shipping. I was happy with there customer service. Lens Hood: great quality, new in the box as advertised, at a good price and shipped fast.....Thanks

  Item was received and inventoried. 3 items listed in ad did not come in the kit. Contacted seller and they quickly sent the missing items. The full kit completed my Olympus camera setup. Great seller.

  What I received was of good quality. Item appeared new. The only problem I had was that I ordered 2 adapter rings and only received one. I contacted the seller and it would be another week or so before they could ship me the missing ring. They offered a fix at no extra cost that worked out better then I hoped. Will most likely buy from this seller again.
