    There customer service is great, shipping is quick, Responding to questions and problems after the sale was great. I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th. Thanks Ron and the crew!

    Product was described well and was shipped promptly in excellent packaging. It was good good priced and came with 30 day free returns and a one-year warranty. Excellent eBay seller! I will buy from again

    Excited to get the computer only to find out the one I had received was not the one pictured. Contacted them and they was quick to fix the issue and sent me an adapter cord to use with my monitor. They was quick to respond and rectify the issue. Great seller thanks for the computer

    Priced nicely, exactly as described and pictured. Case and internal parts in excellent condition. No software issues. A great value, WI-FI adapter was not included, but was sent immediately on request by phone, and arrived packed in a padded envelope 9 days later.

    The computer was very well packed using foam packing, it arrived in a timely manner, and as described, but they accidently sent the wrong Keyboard, & mouse combo, but when contacted they made it right, Good seller would buy from again if needed Thank you so very much!!
