  This seller only sent me one disc. It says 2 disc CD. This seller will not respond to my messages I've sent.

  We replied one day later. We informed the buyer that it appears we may have accidently kept a previous title that stated 2 discs. The manufacturer had 2 different versions (content on 2 discs) but at a later date condensed the same content to only one CD. We apologized for the confusion and offered for them to return but they instead demanded "I am requesting a partial refund or I'll be forced to notify eBay." We accept our error but do not give in to threats. Buyer must return to get refund.
