    Shipping fees were unnecessary expensive. Delivery took longer than expected. Product srrived complete though.

    Unfortunately, the item was damaged in a way that was not mentioned in the description. The seller tried to resolve the issue, but the lack of communication left me confused. I hope for a more accommodating response. I requested a return, but it was rejected. I discarded the item because it was unusable.

    Unfortunately, the seller sent me the wrong item. After I contacted them, they said they would issue a refund, and I agreed. However, I have not received the refund or any response since.

    I contacted him and asked how much he wanted as a partial refund. He received the full purchase price plus postage and is allowed to keep the game.
