  BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! We ordered 5x Nurse Dress with hat. I received 5x Nurse Skirt, bra and hat. I needed what I ordered to complete 5 orders and now being ignored due to the fact the seller admitted they picked and sent the wrong item and I will not accept a partial payment and keep the incorrect items. We asked for a return shipping and to be shipped the correct items we paid for and have been ignored since then. Picture #1 is the item we received and picture #2 is the item we ordered.

  Rating this seller 5 stars even though they had to cancel the transaction and refund my payment. They informed me that the product was damaged in storage and offered solutions but ultimately chose to refund me rather than send an inferior item or an unsuitable substitute. Exceptional communication and foresight! I’ll definitely purchase from newfigures again—great prices and an excellent variety!

  The doll head was packaged securely and arrived on time. I'm happy with the way it looks on my Phicen 1/12 scale figure. The size comparison details shown at the time of ordering helped me to decide which version to order. I will definitely order from this seller again!
