  Item took some time to arrive and was packaged in entirely insufficient protection, lacking any fragile marking or anything similar. The item arrived expectedly in pieces with irreparable damage to the front panel and OSD buttons, and would not turn on or respond to input. On top of this the screen appeared to have been cleaned with alcohol or something similar, dissolving the coating. I advise against ordering anything particularly fragile unless you don't care about the shape it arrives in.

  I ordered a Coffee Striped carpet and recived a brown and black carpet ,No stripes . I wanted the carpet ro match my other ones I already have, but this didn't. It was brand new, just not the stripe that was mentioned :(
