  Item was never shipped. Contacted seller after 9 days of no updates, and didn’t hear anything back for another 5 days. Once I opened a missing item claim with eBay, seller finally responded and told me that I needed to contact eBay even though they were the one who either lost or never shipped my item. Poor communication AND I never received my item.
