    Incorrect item was sent in error but seller replied to messages immediately and because the correct item was not in stock, he offered to source one from a supplier. The returns procedure was straight forward and refund processed promptly. Great seller and would use again.

    seller was unable to complete this transaction in a suitable timescale due to being unwell, Notified me of such which is great communication and offered a refund. I had already purchased elsewhere prior to seller coming back to me a few days later to et me know strings could be posted out if needed, Just on communication , make this a decent seller.
