Seller states will resolve any problem within 24 hours. Due to a typo I did not receive a hard drive caddy and accordingly contacted seller immediately; they returned my call WITHIN MINUTES, went Beyond Fair by discovering error & immediately issued generous partial refund~True to their word.   Great eBay seller. Super fast shipping and good email. Best packaging I have ever seen. Seller went out of his/her way to make sure this item would not get damaged during shipping. Other than the left over sticker residue that seller stated that was on top lid, item looked almost new. Condition of item arrived just as seller stated on auction. Thanks, A+A+A+A+

  It was exactly as described and it functions perfectly. It was well packaged, protected against shipping damage and arrived undamaged. It was mailed promptly after the sale. I am happy with this purchase as it upgrades and extends the usefulness of an aging Linux computer, upgrading from a 6th Gen i3 to a 7th Gen i7 at a reasonable price. If this seller has other items I am interested in buying, I would purchase with confidence from this seller again in the future.

  Product was shipped quickly, packaged securely and as described. Unfortunately for us, we encountered and issue that we weren't able to correct, even with the help of the seller. It wasn't something that would have been easily found with basic function testing, so I certainly don't fault the seller. They went above and beyond to assist, but ultimately ended up refunding the sale. Return shipping was easy and straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!
