Despatched the day after I ordered it,tracking regularly updated so I could follow progress, then delivered the day before the delivery window I was quoted even arrived, exceptional! I've had stuff take longer coming from Birmingham. I'll have no hesitation using this seller again.

  The product is good but the packaging was a dissapointment, it arrived crumbling and with wrinkles i really cannot use it. I contacted the vendor and requested 100% refund because it is a damaged product and they agreed. Hopefully they will use a piece of cardboard and envelope to ship to others because really it was in bad state for me.
