Item arrived new as described, installation though was a bit challenging as no manual was provided however i was able to figure it out and installation was a bliss. Item works as described and has enhance the appearance and look of my vehicle and the light has made it safer as it's visible during the day as well as the night. It's a good value for the money. I would buy again from this seller.
