  This was the first of 2 examples I purchased from this seller. Item arrived quickly (concurrently w/ the 2nd purchase, in fact), extraordinarily well packaged, and *precisely* as pictured. However, I did have an issue with the card, that the image(s) could not fully disclose. The seller was responsive to my communication(s), and promptly made the situation right without any fuss. I am very pleased with the overall value this seller offers, and look forward to being a return customer. Thank You.

  Great communication, fantastic packing job, arrived overnight, however, item clearly not tested and was not working upon receipt (desoldering iron was 100% plugged and pump made noise but zero vacuum even after unplugging iron). Seller offered I send back for refund or keep and take 50% refund which I felt was fair so I'll try to repair myself. Giving positive feedback since made good on the problem, although still concerning that text stated, "Item has been fully tested and works perfectly."

  OMGosh! This printer was packed for shipping so beautuifully, and it is like a brand new printer! I had the same model previously (twice, in fact) so it's an older model, and is getting harder to find. I am SO very happy with this printer, AND with this seller! Thank you!!
