  I had a good 1st experience with this seller. My dvd was as described, it arrived on time, it was undamaged and communication was good. The seller shipped it in a bubble envelope and put a cardboard insert in with it to keep it protected during shipping. I was also told that if it arrived damaged that I would receive a free return shipping label and a full refund. That's great customer service! I recommend this seller and I would buy from them again.

  The item in the description was accurately detailed and shipped carefully packaged in a very well fitting bubble wrapped box. My purchase was securely protected. Appearance and quality all excellent. The seller shipped my purchase out in a more than timely manner. The item was priced right and in great shape! Very happy to have purchased from you.   I purchased at a decent price and the seller sent as described in good condition, and in a reasonably timely manner, packed acceptably, for a tolerable shipping cost. The quality of the item looks decent. And it has a clean and maintained appearance. I don’t recall significant communication from the seller. However, I would still buy from again. Thank you.

  Great price, quick shipping, diak/case/cover art were all in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations and the packaging was top notch! Encasesed in cardboard and placed in a nice padded envelope and the shipping label was perfectly applied. It was very neat and professional, I can tell this seller cares and won't slap together trash or sell junk. So far, truly the best seller
