  Wrong flag sent but the sellers response was quick and resent St George's flag by return therefore I would definitely recommend this company for future buys

  I received the wrong item by mistake however the seller was great at communicating, fast response and handled the situation promptly. Would still consider buying from in the future.

  This is the worst experience I've ever had on ebay, absolute disgrace of a seller, I understand its busy in the run up to halloween so sellers should know better than advertise items to arrive in time for Halloween when they know it wont. I purchased an item for halloween, item was advertised arriving on the 31st, was sent tracking information that didn't work, absolutely no communication from seller till it was too late, total let down! And item still hasnt arrived and its the 4th of nov
