  Ordered two sets of decorative plates, described as new. Supposed to be 4 different designs/set. One set perfect. The other set did not have 4 different designs. Missing one design. Contacted seller - she said she was unaware but did not offer any compensation. I decided to keep both sets as returning would cost too much. But very unhappy with resolution. Now have to find missing design plates.
