  Trainz did not want to honor a 10/per cent discount they were offering when I purchased item , they told me because the item was purchased on Ebay . i was told that i had to purchase the item on their site to get the discount , yet the very next day they dropped the price of this same item on Ebay what a slap in the face when i had already spent almost 2k this year alone with them !! nice way to treat a customer / great service
