    I was pleased that they approved my request to cancel my orders. I bought three items then requested a partial refund for the combined shipping difference . But they wouldn’t refund it. So I requested to cancel the orders, and they accepted that request . Then a few minutes later I bought them all again but all on one order, and was able to get the discount that way.
