    I highly recommend this seller — absolutely no complaints. The item was shipped on time, but unfortunately USPS caused significant delivery delays, and I had to purchase other bulbs. In addition, the bulb packaging arrived badly damaged. I intended to return the item, but the seller kindly issued a refund right away. Excellent and honest service! Thank you

    The turbos were indeed brand new as described, however they were not 'new-in-box' and the packaging seemed a bit careless, which caused an issue with the shipper. Seller communication has been excellent, which makes a difference... End of the day I got my turbos and they are in brand new condition (pending install and runup). Overall satisfied.

    Item sent was incorrect size from what was advertised. The seller tokk it back and refunded my money promptly. I was pleased with how it was handled. I had them verify the size and purchased the correct one from them. I would do business with them again
