  Overall good value. it was late arriving, but communication from the seller was good. Was disappointed with the packaging of the item as it was only wrapped in plastic bags before being boxed, so when the box was crushed during its delivery cycle there was inevitably a few marks left on the corners of the spoiler. i was able to sand down, so they were less noticeable. I think if the seller could use foam inserts it would improve the item.

  Fast shipping, good packaging, very fast delivery! There were no kufatec installation instructions in the package, so I contacted the seller immediately & the next day I had the instruction booklet in my email. Immediate service indeed! The set was installed in my car and works without any problems in the first tests. However the brand of the controls (Lenkstockhebel) does not inspire the greatest confidence in me. I give you the highest rating I can. Thank you very much! ..I will try you again

  Die Ware kam an, und die Qualität ist wie beschrieben. Mit gutem Willen bewerte ich den Kauf daher insgesamt positiv. Mit der Abwicklung war ich jedoch unzufrieden. Der Artikel wurde sofort als verschickt markiert, leider ohne Sendungsnummer. Der Verkäufer ist telefonisch nie erreichbar (obwohl er damit wirbt) und antwortet auf Nachrichten ohne Anrede und Gruß. Nach 21 Tagen kam der Artikel an (mit DPD, obwohl ich beim Kauf DHL gewählt habe). Absender des Pakets war ein anderer eBay-Shop.

  Artikel passt nicht wie beschrieben. Das Päckchen wurde von DPD ausgeliefert. Verpackung war aufgerissen. Die Schlüsselkappe war nicht weiter eingepackt, lag lose im Karton. Angebliche Zustellung 09.10.25. Päckchen lag erst am 11.10.25 auf der Treppe.

  Package arrived right on time and was securely package and boxed.. Great Value pricewise, considering it did have to be shipped half around the world to get to me in NZ. Had good email communication and notices on its tracking and delivery. Item appears to be of very high quality.. I would definitely order from this supplier again and I would highly recommend them.

  Artikel wie beschrieben, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Verkäufer verdient das Prädikat empfehlenswert. Auch der Service nach erfolgreichem Verkauf lässt keine Wünsch offen. Meine Nachfrage nach einer Einbauanleitung wurde prompt in Form einer pdf-Datei beantwortet. Gerne wieder ! 5 Sterne selbstverständlich!
