  The package arrived on time and the side combs are perfect condition . They were packaged securely in tight plastic wrap with a cardboard sleeve to Procter the combs from breaking. This shows how concerned the seller is in getting his package to arrive like it was sent. The combs are exactly as described. The combs hold the hair securely and do not slip. I wear a lot of combs so these are of great value to me. This is a great seller.

  Excellent and I mean Excellent  eBay seller! You other sellers out here in EBAY land should take a lesson from the seller! Shipped out my item the next day. Excellent communication.   I initially was sent a larger cup, which would have been more expensive than the cup I ordered. The seller offered to let me keep the large cup or to return it for the smaller one. I was actually buying the 16 oz set because I wanted the handle that is no longer being made by Tervis. The seller was very apologetic and helpful and answered my emails promptly. Top notch custom service. Product was like new. Very pleased.

  Shipping and packaging were great. Item was exactly like the pictures and description. It was not all wrinkled, but nicely ironed and at a better value than others I looked at. I would definitely go with this seller again. I highly recommend them.
