    Communications for startup problems were slow and unhelpful, a bit of a language barrier I think, but got all sorted in the end with problem resolved.

    Great price and quick delivery. The Mac was Initially slow to boot but once a software update was completed, it ran quite well. Had no problems downloading and using video editing apps. Great starter for my daughter. Computer is in great condition, no dents or damage. The keyboard and mouse supplied was unbranded and didn’t work too well, but I didn’t see that much of an issue for the price I paid - I bought the old Magic Keyboard and mouse set instead for about £50 which completes the look.
