    If you don't mind your boxes arriving crushed with minimal protective packaging (thin plastic sheet) then go ahead and buy. Seller will NOT care and his reply was "If you want perfect boxes then don't buy!!" Most of us purchasing more than one are buying for resell purposes and YOU CAN'T SEE CRUSHED BOXES!!! Worst customer service (very rude). I never leave anyone bad reviews or feedback but I have to warn other buyers!

You initially requested a partial refund without returning the item, but our standard process requires receiving the product back and inspecting it before issuing any refund. This ensures fairness and prevents possible abuse of the system. After receiving your message, we apologized and offered a full refund upon return in the same condition, which you accepted. The return is already in progress, so please rest assured it will be resolved as you requested.
