  Impressed with packaging deffo value for money message seller to see if that is right side for my car as described it was postage got it next working day when I ordered it on Friday before 2 o'clock will deffo recommend company

  Was accidentally sent 2 same side knuckles, I simply messaged them through eBay and they had the other side packaged and sent out to me in no time, great customer service and would definitely go through them again

  Had a lil mishap with delivery time , emailed seller and there response was very quick and problem delt with , received item so I’m happy will buy off seller again

  This item is listed as available from the sellers address in Brackley, it is not. They order the part in from somewhere else and then send it from their address, which obviously takes much more time. The seller argued against me when I said their item page was purposely misleading, even if they were technically not breaking any eBay rules. The seller did promptly refund me when I requested.

  Terrible ebayer, sells an item they do not even have but do not tell you, after nearly 2 weeks of waiting it is then they tell me it is not in the country yet. Also set tracking on the item as soon as I'd bought which turned out to then then prevent me cancelling the order. Refunded with offer of 30% discount on something else bought off them.....I wouldn't even receive it if you GAVE it to me so a very very hollow gesture. Total waste of time. AVOID.

  Seller did not have stock of this item, so Item did not arrive. But very good communication from Seller and I was refunded asap.
