  We are very sorry to hear the bulbs did not work. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to resolve this for you immediately. Sometimes, LED bulbs can be sensitive to polarity. Could you please try flipping the bulb 180 degrees in the socket and re-inserting it?   Lights are not good at all avoid buying took a trip to Texas from Colorado driving at night and could not see anything at all not even the brights helped worse thing I could do risked everyone’s life best to buy lights that are worth it even if they’re pricey plus one light went out on me during the road had to put the brights on would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!
