    The item received does not match the item pictured online. A pendulum model cannot be replaced with another, especially at this price. So I can't be positive about this transaction, and it's the first time since I've been on eBay. And I'm certainly not going to incur return shipping costs for an error that wasn't my fault. The seller's fine words have come to nothing, I'm still waiting. Negative review!!!!
