  This has been the absolute best purchasing experience I've ever had on eBay. I've been a member since 1999. Everything was as advertised. If there is a way to say the listing was MORE than accurate I would. I would not hesitate to purchase again. I bought this part on a Sunday and received it 2 days later via UPS. The item came clean and void of any scent. Packaged in a box that fit the part perfectly. The price and quality of the item beat out all the competing ads. Well done Wolf Auto Parts!

  Transaction was fast and smooth. Unfortunately, the item, which was packed nicely, was not as described. Contacted the seller about this; the seller promptly refunded me right away without any fuss. Great value compared to one at the dealership. Too bad, it didn’t work out. Good responsive seller though!

  I don’t write reviews often, but this buy was definitely more than I paid for. ( axle shaft took out from a m3, perfect condition as described) The shipping good. The packaging fabulous. I haven’t received any auto part so well packaged, not even the new ones coming directly from the warehouse. And the condition, top notch. The seller even took the extra step of cleaning it and wiping the dust off the part. Immaculate service. Awesome buy. Thanks for making me cry (happy tears)

  Shipping was slow to update, but the retailer was quick to answer my questions and updated me on Shipping when requested. The product was safely packaged, it was as described, and was priced very well .

  Customer service was above and beyond! I ordered a starter for my BMW and it was defective. I messaged the seller and they shipped out a replacement same day no questions asked. The new starter works beautifully as described. I have saved this seller and will most likely use them again.

  The item was packaged well and delivered seal with no damages. The item was exactly as described in the listing. This item was brand-new and of top quality. It was shipped relatively fast. The price could have been a little cheaper but overall, I am extremely satisfied. I would recommend this seller to all.
